Thank you for taking the time to acknowledge the men and women who sacrifice so much for our freedom.

Good work, Marisa. Let’s not forget the disabled veterans. I am really enthusiastic about what the Jimmy Miller Foundation is doing with the Camp Pendleton vets (and others with physical and mental diabilites). For those not familiar with their activities, I suggest going to their website and viewing vets, kids, and the disabled enjoying the healing power of the ocean and surfing (inspiring). I am sure each and every one of them is “…better when they come in.” This is what Thanksgiving is all about– knowing that there are good people out there helping others to enjoy life.

Marisa – I’ve always had selective mini-crushes on hot chics with something extra throughout the years . . starting with Debbie Harry/Blondie and Rebecca DeMornay. I’ve been aware of you as a super hottie for a long time, but after seeing you on Conan this week I am now a real fan of Marisa the person. Your attitude, demeanor, confidence and humbleness are what make you really attractive. And today I looked up your website and see that you do things like the Camp Pendleton visit too. That’s awesome.

Thanks for giving hot chics a good name!
    Take care and Happy Avacados!
