For me, seeing pictures like you posted, Marisa, is alone very motivating ! Even when I have a lazy day.

By the way, these new Jukari candids with you are just amazing, you really look like youre having fun doing it, impressed. Glad there are so many different workout ways, it never can get too boring which is important for me.

I was very impressed with your boxing video. I know surfing keeps you in great shape, but you really seemed to enjoy using a different workout routine.
If you thought a NASCAR ride was a blast, you should try a ride on a super bike or motoGP bike.

Great shot of you! And you ARE dedicated! You inspire me to push my body (I’ve never had such abs and they are only getting tighter!)
It’s amazing what they do as athletes but drinking your own urine? That has to be borderline crazy! Yuck!
